1. The product (painting or print) will be sent to the buyer at any address, including outside of Russia within 5 working days after 100% payment of the order by Russian Post. The cost of transportation is paid separately according to the tariffs of the transport company. To send by Russian Post, you should specify: - Delivery address, ZIP code - Full name of the person who will receive - Recipient's phone number, e-mail.

3. Delivery by courier service SDEK is possible (without cash on delivery, both to the door and to the pick-up point. Return and exchange of goods
If the received product of proper quality did not suit you for any reason, you can refuse it and demand a refund of its cost (the cost of paid delivery is not refundable). The amount you have paid will be refunded to you within 10 days from the date of submission of the relevant claim.
To do this, you need to do the following:
1. Submit a request for refusal within 14 calendar days after delivery
2. The product must be of proper quality, i.e. it must not have any defects: scratches, scuffs, dents, cracks, tears, etc.
3. The product must not have traces of exploitation, its presentation and consumer properties must be preserved.
The product is of inadequate quality:
- having obvious manufacturing defects: scratches, scuffs, bruises, cracks, tears.
- color and tone do not refer to improper quality, because the display on the phone and computer may transmit the wrong shades, depending on brightness, contrast and color temperature Your device.
- on the author's print, strokes, textures, cracks and curvature of lines are the author's idea, and are not a defect.
If the received goods turned out to be of inadequate quality, then:
1. The buyer, to whom the goods of inadequate quality were sold, if its shortcomings were not stipulated by the seller, has the right, at his choice, to demand: replacement of substandard goods with goods of proper quality; a proportionate reduction in the purchase price; immediate gratuitous elimination of defects in the goods; reimbursement of expenses for the elimination of defects in the goods.
2. In case of detection of defects of the goods, the properties of which do not allow to eliminate them, the buyer has the right to demand replacement of such goods with goods of proper quality or a proportionate reduction in the purchase price.
3. Instead of presenting the requirements specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article, the buyer has the right to refuse to execute the retail sale contract and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the goods.
At the same time the buyer, at the seller's request and at his own expense, must return the received goods of inadequate quality.
Terms of return of the improper goods in case of refusal within 14 calendar days after delivery.
The refund period is 10 days from the date of filing the claim.
The money is returned to the customer in the same way that the payment for the goods was made (cash, bank card).
If a gift was attached to the product, it is returned together with the product, while it also must not have traces of exploitation, its presentation, consumer properties, packaging must be preserved.
